You're At Home is a wonderful option for seniors who need assistance with daily activities like managing medications, dressing, bathing, housekeeping and home cooked meals. Its a home like facility to get to enjoy fun activities and make new friends. Our assisted living communities have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

24-hour home care
We provide dedicated 24/7 care from our Nurse and caregivers. Gain peace of mind knowing a caring hand is always there to help with everything from styling your hair in the morning, to remembering to take your medicine at night.
Nutrition
We follow a seasonal menu created by a licensed dietician. Our staff enjoy cooking our residents home cooked meals. We also offer two snacks a day but you can always request as many as you would like!
Specialized Safety care
Each apartment is equipped with pendants for assistance in addition to safety-equipped bathrooms.
Personal care
We know that each resident is unique. That’s why our individualized care plans are uniquely tailored to fit specific needs and ensure residents thrive.
